![]() | Halloween 1998 The Paseo del Rio Association loaded their barges (yep, they have their own fleet of boats) with coffins, ghosts, monsters and an assorted bevy of beautiful and talented ladies for a lighted night parade. Not only is the music great, there's always tons of food and beverage to allow you to spend the entire day just enjoying the scene. This is one of the best free public parties anywhere.
