| It was a cold, dark and foggy New Year's Eve in River City (that's San Antonio, Texas) but that didn't stop 100,000 or so of Raoul's closest friends from gathering in front of HemisFair Plaza for a street party and firework show. Raoul got to the party about 10 pm and managed to stay awake the rest of the year and into the next. The crowd varied from infants in strollers to partiers older than Raoul. Lots of young people, as you'd expect, but Raoul only saw one kiss at the stroke of midnight... Go figure. | ||
